Dr. NewDelman’s Approach:

Drawing from on three decades of experience across medical, forensic, academic, mental health clinic, and private practice settings, Dr. NewDelman offers conscious leadership development, supervisory clinical services, and healthcare advising for professionals within the evolving psychedelic healthcare landscape. Her authentic style encourages transparent exploration at the intersection of personal and professional identities while supporting clients in discovering their own path for growth. She uses a broad range of evidence-based frameworks that align with integrated practice and bridge mind-body medicine, psychophysiology, neuroplastic symptom intervention, and whole-being care.

As interest and space allows, the group practicum may touch on practical strategies for the transformation of traditional healthcare delivery models and address critical questions in reimagining the delivery of an evolved form of healthcare such as: How do we de-silo medical specialties to provide truly integrated care? What reimbursement models support whole-being approaches? How can psychedelic medicine catalyze key shifts transdiagnostically? What role will you play in this transformative movement?
