Purpose
Healing Personal Relationships Impacted by Political Polarization
A psychotherapeutic group for support, process & integration
Currently Enrolling
Purpose
In a therapeutic space, participants will explore the impacts of political polarization on important relationships in an effort to rebuild a greater sense of connection despite differences. Rather than debating political solutions, the group focuses on developing understanding and constructive responses when engaging with the strongly-held beliefs of others. The group process identifies ways to work with rigid patterns and biases to create greater flexibility and harmony while preserving individual values. In this way, group members find pathways that bridge divides between loved ones with differing values or beliefs while affirming healthy emotional boundaries.
