Self-Regulating In Today’s Social Climate

A process group for navigating challenging times

Purpose

In a therapeutic space, participants will look at the impact of the daily news cycle on personal and professional relationship. Rather than debating current events, the group constructively holds space for participants to process their agitations and anxieties about the state of the world. Upon identifying strongly-held beliefs, the group explores the relationship between cognitive flexibility, “wholebeing,” personal values, and clarity of purpose. Group members find healing bridges and healthy emotional boundaries.
