An 8-Week process and psycho-educational group for navigating a challenging Social Climate
Currently Enrolling
Purpose
Many people have witnessed the changes in the current social climate and feel discouraged, disenfranchised, or downright despair. If you struggle with what you are seeing in the news and not quite sure how to regain your sense of hope and agency, this support group will provide an opportunity to connect with others who are also looking for practical tools to process and get unstuck.
This group offers an opportunity to shift from a state of intellectual debate to one of healing through intentional connection and empowerment.
Break out of the 24-hour news cycle and get back into a gratifying connection with yourself and your community.
